Gro Supermart is an e-commerce company based in a small town in Switzerland. At a time when grocery shopping required visiting stores in person to purchase goods, our client conceived the idea of moving this process online. Despite lacking a formal business background, the client embarked on a journey aimed at making grocery shopping easier for those who found it unfamiliar.Β
They aimed to provide seamless grocery shopping operations to every household in their region, creating a futuristic approach in the business world. Despite being a new business owner, the client clearly understood what they wanted in their app and how they would manage everything.Β
The concept was completely foreign to the clientβs region. They envisioned making the grocery buying process more sophisticated and modern. However, this was an unexplored idea for their locality, which also posed a challenge in introducing this concept to the locals. The client wanted a grocery app that could meet all their needs on a single platform, including inventory management, a clean UI, and a smooth user experience.Β
