The Bug Tracking tool offers a detailed view of all defects and issues, including their current status (addressed or unaddressed), the individuals responsible for resolving them, and other pertinent information. Additionally, the Timesheet tool records the amount of time spent on each task and tracks their current status.
The complete platform includes mobile applications for both Android and iPhone, along with a web application for customers and a dynamic web admin panel. The admin panel features various levels of control to manage the app's functionalities efficiently.
