Why Did Volorex Collaborate With GMTA Software?
Picking a development partner for an EdTech product isn't as simple as picking the team with the nicest portfolio site. The client needed someone who understood the product side and the learning side both β how students think, where they get frustrated, what actually keeps someone enrolled past the first week of a course rather than just signed up. GMTA Software entered the conversation after Volorex looked through our past EdTech and on-demand platform work. What sealed it wasn't the case studies, though β it was the first call. We didn't show up with a packaged solution ready to pitch. We asked questions instead. What kind of content would the platform host? Was the primary learner a teenager studying after school or a working adult fitting lessons in between meetings? How did the team want students moving from one lesson into the next?
There was a practical side to the decision too. Volorex needed a student-facing mobile app and a full admin panel built at the same time, and running two separate dev teams across those workstreams is a coordination headache nobody wants, least of all a startup with limited bandwidth. Our team covered both β design, iOS development, backend, admin panel β so the client wasn't chasing status updates from three different vendors every week. That's really what made the partnership work. Not just the skillset, but how we operated day to day.
