Why Sazpay Chose Us
Financial applications carry a specific kind of pressure that other app categories don't. When money is involved, a bug isn't an inconvenience — it's a trust-destroying event. The client knew that, and when they were evaluating development partners, their first filter was whether the team had experience with the security and data-integrity requirements that fintech demands. JWT authentication, encrypted API sessions, role-based access controls, transaction logging — these weren't optional features to them.
They had looked at white-label e-wallet solutions and found them wanting. Most offered basic transfer functionality but lacked the QR payment flow, the merchant discovery layer, and the spending analytics they had in their product brief. Adapting a white-label product to cover those gaps would have meant building the complex parts anyway, on top of a codebase they didn't own or fully understand. Starting custom-made made more sense.
